Paolo5 I found it at post 1294 or something, but there is too little 3rd hand detail. I can’t speculate. If it’s the mark I see, is it a mark a scratch, how deep, can it be felt. Why is it only at the lower point, how do we know the spring is twisting, if it is, why is it right at the bottom before the piston has moved.
Did anyone leave the shower screen off pull the lever down, and watch to see if the piston actually twists or moves or scratches. Without a more precise forensic type of investigation and information something coming 3rd and with a picture of a boron a theory about what’s going on is very very difficult for anyone to come to any conclusion. So I don’t know how ACS would ever know whether there’s a problem and if there is, how to fix it.
You could actually remove your shower screen and get someone to operate the piston while you look underneath and see if it actually twists
