We wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding our discount offers.
This current promotion will be the final time we are able to offer a 30% discount across our range, and the last time the discount will be available on subscriptions. From this point forward, our maximum ongoing discount will be 20% and will only be valid on coffee purchases, not subscriptions.
Over the past year, the costs involved in producing and delivering our coffee have increased significantly. Green coffee prices have risen sharply across the global market, while we have also seen substantial increases in packaging costs, Royal Mail postage rates, rent, and energy. As a small, independent roastery, these rising costs directly affect our ability to operate sustainably, and every year brings more challenges.
We have absorbed as much of these increases as possible for as long as we can. However, to continue sourcing quality coffees, roasting responsibly, and maintaining the standards you expect from us, we need to make this adjustment. We are now into our 11th year and want to continue for another 11.
That said, we remain committed to offering regular 20% discounts to our email subscribers, alongside fairly priced coffee that reflects both quality and sustainability.
