MWJB That’s your scale; out of 9.
Even if we are able to pick a note or two regularly on coffee bags, we can fail to pick up at times, can we not ? Some just can’t, while others can.
I have pulled a few shots, which I mostly drink as a black. It’s cuts ok with milk, which I don’t drink that often.
Re-brews, I have brewed them a couple of times on each method. The strength is just right for me. May be, I will grind a little coarser and see if it improves.
The notes state “RED GRAPE LIGHT BROWN SUGAR FLORAL”. .The description is “Enjoy a myriad of floral notes, balanced and sweet, caramelised sugars throughout”.
They are a good roaster and I have liked some of their bags. It is possible the grapes and the brown sugar flavours put together are clouding my sensory!
Edit :
It’s a mixed anerobic fermentation!
