Like you, I make only espresso; I only make milk drinks for guests.
I am old school, having been making my own espresso since around 1979 or so, which is to say I like DARK roasts. Not burnt, but dark. So, I am very interested in reading your thoughts, once you have had a chance to test some actually dark dark roasts.
