Dumnorix On our Evo, for a light roast, I keep the group head temp at 94C and the brew boiler at 102C. I’m not suggesting, you raise the brew boiler temperature to 102C; however, you might want to consider 6C-8C temperature loss from the brew boiler to the group. So, at 96C, the group may be getting hot water at 88C-90C. This might be, perhaps, on the lower side for a light roast. However, I have heard people pulling light roasts at 86C/94C on the Evo.
