I know none of you Evo ‘shaft yankers’ will care, but I’l loving my OG Vesuvius.
I was making coffee like a neanderthal today, no scales, just a couple of scoops of beans into the Niche (which I know is 19g give or take) grind, quick shoogle and tamp, pull the shot, stop when volume looked ‘about right’ and every cup was great. I’ll get back to scientific testing whenI’m off for Christmas but this is so much less hassle. I’m a heathen, I know.
