I just wanted to say a thank you to the members of this forum for your support through the year, and in addition all of you who have been so understanding and respectful with delivery issues and delays over the christmas period. Royal Mail were an absolute disaster to say the least this Christmas, far worse than I ever anticipated, but the patience and understanding from customers made the busy period stress far more bareable, so thank you.
