I bought two Levas when they were first launched by ACS nearly two years ago - one for me and one for my son. I am selling one as we are merging households. Evo Leva is a brilliant lever machine and produces epic espresso. What clinched it for me was the way the Evo is able to get the best out of light roasts - noticeably better than my previous lever machine. As it has a separate brew boiler, brew temp can be adjusted to suit the characteristics of the bean being used. With the Evo, once a bean is dialled in, my go to shot time is around 25 - 27 secs - with bright fruit notes without either mouth puckering acidity or acrid bitterness.
