Patrick Indeed, I keep hearing of the heat from friends across the EU. Yes, that will slow anyone down but good data is worth waiting for. My renovation here is crawling for much the same reason, and no espresso until itās done, so I am motivated ;-)
BTW, a question I posed elsewhere, surprisingly without obtaining a reply was
"Niche Duo w/ Mazzer Filter burrs vs Fellow Ode 2 w/ stock Fellow burrs. Iām wondering if anyone has compared these? Iām very interested in in-the-cup differences and not much about workflow, sound level, price, and similar.
I know one online personality has done so, however as a rule I avoid Internet video sources with few exceptions.
I am guessing there is clear taste difference, and also guessing that they will taste different not necessarily better or worse.

I do not know how common the Ode 2 is in the UK / EU however if anyone has information it will be greatly appreciated.
