Wondering whether my decaf coffee bean resting time is too long, as I seem to be struggling more with staling since I changed from 2 weeks resting to 4 weeks resting. Infact, I originally used to store my beans for 1 week and liked the fresh flavour of my medium roast decaf beans.
Fyi, I rest my beans then lightly vacuum pack in 6 dose (ie 3 day) batches and seal. I then freeze. I unfreeze a batch the night before and then transfer to single dose vials or jars. Please see my separate post for advice on best single dose storage options here Single Dise Storage Options
