Quick Mill Silvano

Hi, does anyone know anything and have any opinions on the Quick Mill Silvano? Specifically the 2015 model? One has come up on eBay for what seems a very reasonable price (sub £500) but I’m struggling to find out much about the machine online.

It would be my first machine so just keeping my eye out for any bargains or options other than the £900+ for a DB/HX.

I think it’s a much less clever Lelit Elizabeth with a thermoblock for steam and HW, with no PIDs or QM may have added one Vs earlier models, ..500 seems a lot but if in very good condition…perhaps.
