Yep, @Doram, they got back to me and asked me what the manometer shows on steam priority setting 2, I guess they wanted to know what is the max pressure my machine is capable of producing, which is 1.1-1.2.
Regarding the steam boost vs steam mode comment, than according to my gicar uart readings, in steam boost the boiler target is briefly set to 136c (thats the kick of the heating element) and after you pull the lever down, the target changes to 126/124 for 30-60s and finally back to idle at 112 to stabilize the HX temp.
In steam priority modes, the target is always constant for each temp setting: for setting 0 (default) the target is 120, for setting 1 the target is 124 and for setting 2 the target is 126. So steam priority setting 2 should show less than the peak pressure of steam boost in coffee priority mode (in theory).
Needless to say, in my machine steam priority 1 & 2 are both useless and below 1-bar.
If you ever get the chance, I would very much like to hear what pressure your machine settles on after 40 minutes in steam priority setting 2 ^^.
