Lelit Elizabeth auto purge not purging?

Guys, new machine. First cup of fairly decent stuffout this evening but on cleaning up i cant seem to get the auto purge (it is buttons 1 & 2, yes?) to do its thing. Looked at DaveCs vid on hybrid flushing and all seems ok to me so where should i start looking for a fix?

skylark - hold button 1 and immediately within a split second hold button 2.

Right. Hold down button 1, and then hit button 2 and let go of both. Then it will purge.

Mine’s ‘hold button 1 and then press button 3’ … button 2 doesn’t do the 6 ‘auto’ fills.

skylark Perhaps there is some confusion here. I purge with 1 and 2. I backflush with 1 and 3, which does an auto backflush like 7-8 times.

Yes. Everything now working. I think that my initial use of ‘auto’ and ‘purge’ is seemingly ambiguous. I now understand that the correct terminology should be ‘auto’ followed by ‘back flush’ in order to stay in line. Sorry guys, my bad!
