Grahamsphillips Just avoid adding sugar or these fake plant based milks which purport to be healthy but are anything but
This is a big statement and one that makes me think your stance is anti-plant based.

So what we can see is the ‘fake plant based milk’ is basically better in many categories, and has lower sugar, higher fibre and some vitamin value over milk for from cows.
It even has some content of the mythical B12 that vegans are apparently lacking (despite its abundance in oat milk and some plant-based cheese alternatives).
I know it’s processed and I’m sure there are ‘studies’ saying how much healthier we’ll all be if we keep drinking dairy… Each to their own but I’m quite happy with my milk going through a machine rather than through the digestive system of an animal.
