But I am plain latte challenged. Can’t seem to get latte microfoam without also getting those lovely gobs of thick cappuccino microfoam. This interferes with doing latte art. And as I’m more interested in taste than good looks, I’ve never tried.
Perhaps I’m jaundiced by the too many beautiful looking but otherwise pour tasting lattes I’ve been served at cafes. And in Italy if you ask for a latte they just understandably roll their eyes and give you a cappuccino. In the AM in Rome, they wouldn’t have time to roll their eyes.
Anyway I am at this moment not in Italy 😔 so if you have the perfect video for making latte milk and latte art (ie for uncoordinated clutzs like me), feel free to post it.
