delta76 - the data is all very well, but there are other thing such as brand, quality, shape and form for which can be a deal breaker for many people.

      delta76 - the Bianca has more features than the Synchronika, so therefore more possibilities. I might be wrong here, but I doubt the espresso will be any different from a Bianca or a Synchronika or a Pro-700 providing they are all up to tempereture and that they are all pulling a 9 bar shot straight.

          that is exactly my point. without flow control engaged, the shots would be very similar (and they should)

          and we now know how good Bianca’s temp is, so even if LMLM is better in that regard, the difference should be very small. unless LM has some best kept secret sauce, I doubt that the espresso is that distinguishable, let alone “day and night better”

          of course this is my thought with a lot of guessing and deducing. i could be very very wrong.

            there can be different water debit through all these machines though

            That’s a useful feature for machines used for tank fill - my e61 would irritatingly stop on mid shot when the tank is not full enough.
