New to this forum, but I have known a few of you from the “old” one. I have been long looking for upgrading from my Eureka Mignon Specialita. It’s been “fine”, nothing really to complain about, but I wonder if there are things out there that I might have been missed.
So within my budget (500GBP equivalent), I can choose either Eureka Mignon XL - 65mm burr, more or less same size as Specialita. Seems to be very good. Or Mazzer Major Manual - the one with “doser” if I understand correctly
83mm, but not on demand.
I will grind 2 doses (18gr) to 4 doses (18gr) every day (half in the morning, half in the afternoon). I do change beans but “when I run out of this bag”. Want to try everything from light roast to dark roast.
So what should I pick? Or something entire else?
