Brewed the KTH Nziza at 9% 400 Kruve using 15g coffee and 215g water. Brewed for 4 mins and gently stirred the surface at 4 mins and drained on a pre-heated cup at the 5th min.
Like the morning 12% 400 Kruve, there were no obvious tasting notes that came on top, although had hints of orange acidity at the middle. Like V60 12%, it had a cocoa finish, which wasn’t there on the bag. 7/9 is the score.
