Due to drinking more filter I am very reluctantly selling my Hedone Honne hybrid grinder.
For those that don’t know, this is a rather unique grinder that has both 68mm conical and 68mm flat burrs.
It’s retention is 0.02g over 20 shots. This model has the feature that after turning it off it completes a reverse sweep to clear any grinds from the bottom of the burrs.
I have found it to be a very special grinder with super simple workflow and fantastic taste in the cup with a balance of both body and fruity clarity. To be honest this is the first sale that I think I might come to regret.
It was originally purchased in December 2021 and I bought it in March this year. It’s in excellent condition, with only some superficial marks on the silver tray below the grinder.
No offers, if it doesn’t sell I’ll continue hand grinding for filter brews.
