The Mazzer Philos is going to be an interesting grinder in that space from Mazzer I know people were curious about the price. I believe it’s gonna be around about a thousand euro, including shipping and taxes.
It will fit any Mazzer 64mm burr but they’ve actually designed a specific burr set for the philos, using the auger as a pre breaker. Grindspeed seems be around 1g per sec for espresso. It’s not stepless, but the rear tension can be adjusted allowing it to be used between the steps.
