Coffee subscription

Hi all, I’m thinking about setting up a monthly espresso subscription with Dog and Hat. Anyone have any experience with the coffee selection sent through? Any alternate recommendations?

I’m subscribed to their international filter option and it’s decent. I’ve done subscriptions with Pact and Hasbean before and Dog and Hat is better for the variety, most roasts are between light and medium.

Like anything there is the odd bomb, but like wise also some greats

If you are looking for light roasts I would definitely recommend a Tim wendelboe subscription. It worked out to £40 for 3×250g coffee.

Coffees are usually washed coffees always roasted light, it might not be for everyone for espresso but for filter it is such a consistent choice.

I’m more keen on medium and darker generally for espresso. The first Dog and Hat subscription batch all look to be omni-roast - so will see how this turns out. 🤞
