Delonghi bean to cup - luke warm 60*C

I’ve got a Delonghi autentica cappuccino machine (ETAM 29.660SB), I’ve had it for 3 years now, I’ve noticed the coffee is a lot cooler than my sister’s machine so I did a temp check coffee straight from the machine is 60C/62C, the hot water only function 85C, I only use bottled water to prevent limescale, any thoughts on what it could be?

Grossi20 I was going to suggest descaling. What sort of bottled water are you using, as some do form scale.
