nufc1 yes thats right - and they were excellent to deal with. Actually had an issue with my first allground a odd software bug so the setting would not go past 12 seconds.
A quick email was responded to very fast. Basically told me to keep the grinder whilst new stock was arriving. And they then tested the new grinder before sending it out to me - and picking up the old one.
Very happy and I would not hesitate to use them again !
