Under Sink RO System

Hey Folks,

That good old topic about water…

I’v recently had a twin cylinder water softer installed in my flat, along with a 3 way tap to filter the softened water via a bog standard carbon inline filter.

Just wondering if anyone has an under sink RO system fitted? I know the osmios’s are available, but Im looking for something with less worktop space.

I’ve had a look at the BWT/Ecosoft P’URE Balance 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System and it looks it fits my needs. Plus it also states that it remineralize the water with calcium and magnesium.

I use this, with an additional pressure gauge and a TDs inline meter

Then I use Dr pavlis recipe to add minerals into the water for a non scaling coffee water.

This is my system, set up in an outbuilding. It was originally bought by a neighbour for an aquarium but they sold it to me virtually unused. A little bit of repumbing and change of cartridges was needed. I remineralise with Potassium bicarbonate. If I were buying new I would check that it takes standard size cartridges so you are not tied to a manufacturer.
