IridiumBlackberry Not sure I’ve seen specific filter coffee, water recipes. Most water discussions are focussed around boiler care (espresso).
You have much more choice with filter, go by how bright your coffee is, I’ve had tasty brews with bright coffee & 200ppm alkalinity, all the way down to 20ppm for other coffees.
That said, 50-80ppm alkalinity is generally OK.
I’d focus more on the actual coffee.
