Internal bulb failed on M/wave , opened it up and found part, not available in white goods stores.
Good old I/net , found and ordered oem part from Part master. Arrived boxed and well padded BUT a piece of the mounting base broken off🤬.
How to contact ? No phone No’s . Try chat bot , very busy try later. Resort to E/m -we will reply in 2 days excluding week ends ?
Watching milk with a torch is a PIA. Rant over .

You can get a new microwave for less than that, delivered next day from Amazon. :).

Mine is still working 15 years later, no bulb replacement needed.

No reply to E/m, tried chat bot again- very busy- eventually had a chat reply !!
No they cannot send me a replacement, I need to have a refund, send the broken one back.
Then place a new order🤔🙈.
