This might come off as weird and perhaps redundant request, but here it is anyway:
Every time I clean and lubricate my E61 (which is by the way exceedingly rare now - twice an year) I disassemble all the parts in it, throw them in PuliCaff solution (some of them in descaling solution), rinse, dry and… At this point I always hesitate where to put lubricant. I lube the brew and preinfusion valves where they come into contact with the camshaft, of course, but I also wonder whether I should also lube the valve stems, in the past I have also lubricated the springs, the lower sprayer, spring guide group, etc. The camshaft flange is disassembled, the three rubber washers, the axle support, the spring axis, the spindle of the camshaft - all are greased liberally. But maybe I am overdoing it and all this grease is only a magnet for dirt accumulation - in a word, it would be really cool if a an E61diagram showing exactly where one is supposed to put grease and where one should not can be made. Or perhaps it already exists?
Anyway, these are my thoughts : )
