Lelit bianca v3

Hello everyone,

I recently acquired a Lelit Bianca V3 yesterday and I’m encountering an issue with the basket bar pressure. It doesn’t exceed 4 bars, while the pump pressure is running at around 10 bars. I’m quite new to this and would appreciate any guidance on what I might be doing wrong. I’ve set the low flow start to 4 seconds and the final to 25 seconds.

Danijeljl turn off low flow. Spend a few weeks at least getting used to it and your grinder before you use pre infusion and low flow.
The Bianca won’t hit full pressure until after 5 seconds so by having low flow start at 4 seconds then that is why it’s only going to 4 seconds.

Hi @Danijeljl, it sounds to like your grind might be too coarse. Which grinder are you using?

Yeah, so the problem was that I was using pre-ground coffee from the grocery store, which sucked. Today, I went to a local coffee shop and bought a hand grinder from Etzinger. That made a huge difference! Thanks for the tip!

Id agree and have said the same to people with ecm synchronika and flow control.

I would tell them turn flow control 1 and a ¼ turns open and leave it alone .

Because on the synchronika this gives as near as possible to a stock synchronika without flow control

So, what is the equivalent to that on the Bianca to help this guy out…..
