Long time lurker, first time poster. I’m going to start a journal so I can track my grind size and other info for my pour over coffees. I don’t want to start and realise I’ve missed something important so what columns or fields do people think are needed? Also, how are people organising their journal who keep one?
I don’t have an espresso machine at the moment but looking to treat myself to one at Xmas so I will be expanding the journal to cover both. Unless it’s advised to keep two journals?
