I had one but sold it, as it was a pain to use. While I had it, I used it in pour over mode, even for espresso. Otherwise the timer would stop, if the espresso pour was too slow.
The first drips start the timer. I manually stopped the timer and noted the time when the pour finished.
Or set it in manual mode. And start the timer manually.
Or just sell it ….
I have several scales. I use a Skale 2 with my Decent. And a Difluid Microbalance for pour over and weighing beans, though it will now pair with my Decent.
I also have a Searchpean Tiny2S for travel. Similar to the Blackmirror Nano, but the buttons are easier to use. But I use it in pour over or manual mode, for the same reasons. They are very inexpensive. The first one was defective, so I returned it. The second one is ok.
