I have had one for a couple of years now. After much research I settled for a Cosori which I believe is Amazons own brand. The model is the Dual Blaze and what sets it apart is it has a heating element both top and bottom. This means the cooking time is even faster and there is no need to flip anything. For example tonight I cooked a 3 lb chicken at 175 for 50 minutes and it was perfectly done. I have noticed though that I need to turn the chicken around at the mid stage point otherwise when I test the temperature at the end one side is much hotter than the other.
Anyway, I am now starting to experiment a little. Today I made a chocolate brownie mix up and cooked it on the bake setting. The machine defaulted to 160 where as the recipe suggested 180 so I went down the middle at 170. They were perfectly cooked. We all know how good they are at steaks, sausages and the like. I wondered if anyone had a particular recipe or hack they wanted to share
