I managed to get myself on a 33gb for £7 a month deal with them as an upgrade from my previous £5 per month and 4gb smarty plan

Yeah did the smarty offer last night.

60g for 40g £8 for £10

They took £10 Ans stuck me on the 40g contract the stunts

Then when you look at the family 10% off the same offers are not there and there pretty poor deals.

So yeah massive scam, tried to cancel, doesn’t process. Got onto cs this morning and they just read from the website 🤦🤦🤦🤦fml

All these deals show one thing. In a market that’s fully saturated and infrastructure is a fixed and paid for cost, there will be a dive to the bottom to get business by the smarter companies. Better to get something rather than nothing when it doesn’t increase and already fixed and sunk cost. Something companies like BT, O2, Vodaphone etc.. don’t understand. They loose customers, but their costs don’t change!
