I was able to buy a Dalian Amazon DL-A721-SBB roaster but it didn’t come with a manual, I’ve been searching online for documentation but I can’t find much.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction for finding some documentation on this machine?

You could ask to buy Bella Baristas user guide on the roaster. They would only sell it in paper format I think. I wrote it, so it’s good.

I contacted them and BB says they stopt selling the user guides years ago.

I wrote the user and roasting guide for Bella Barista, I don’t have the rights to sell it. You need to explain to Bella barista that you contacted me and I have referred you to them. It’s possible they may need to contact me to get an electronic copy if they have deleted it.

I was wondering if you know of changes made to this roaster over time? The trier and handle to raise the door is different on my roaster than the one you have and the one that was pictured on BB’s website. Also, the PID for the bean mass seems to turn the heater off before the ET gets even close to 220c never mind 240c. The BT probe seems to be quite accurate and reliable, consistently FC starts at 195c and matches closely with the thermocouple I have actually sitting in the bean mass.

Did a good roast today and have always meant to ask the question.
