Has anyone else had problems with Black Cat coffee? I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I got a dispatch email a week ago, but Royal Mail say they’re still waiting to receive it. Black Cat aren’t responding to website messages or phone calls when I tried to query it late last week. I just wondered if others were having better or worse luck than me.
I’m aware it’s holiday season but there is no notice on the website saying orders are suspended, and they claimed to be dispatching last week.
