What’s your budget?
I tend to wear Trickers (or Church’s pre-Prada) for Derby and Brogue. They do fully bespoke but it starts at £4k if I remember correctly. Grenson used to do a semi-bespoke service which was based on existing lasts/styles and therefore more affordable.
I find the British shoemakers, between Cheaney, Loake, Church, Grensons, Trickers all fit fairly different yet offer similar styles so there might be something there that suits.
I think any British made, quality handmade shoes from a custom last are likely to be quite expensive given the amount of work that goes into it.
