New roaster to me

I occasionally watch this guy on Youtube. Mainly when I do not want anything much to think about as he reviews more basic equipment. I have heard him mention his roastery but thought nothing of it. I did visit it yesterday

I have no idea what he is like but I am into the chocolate flavours that describe many of his beans. Free postage when you spend a tenner and 25% off your first order. I have plenty of beans at the moment but out of curiosity will order 4 bags to try in a couple of weeks. I wondered if any of our members had already bought and if so, what did you think?

Whilst I have been learning my new ‘2’ part of that is to sample different beans until you find one or a roast style that seems to suit both me and the machine. So, in that pursuit, I ordered a 4 pack of these

Interestingly enough, when the ‘2’ arrived from BB they included a free pack of one of their offerings.

It is a little north of medium, within my preferred range. Now, this is not meant to be disrespectful but I do not rate BB as roasters. But, what it does go on to prove, is that a roaster might try SO beans and decaf and fail miserably, yet produce a reasonable darker roasted blend
