It’s the first model, but it’s phenomenal. Just had a couple of hours with it and I’m wired. Must not drink every espresso I make haha

Anyway, it pairs perfectly with the Mythos.
That is a tank of a grinder!
Now knowing how big the vesuvius is, let alone the leva, I can appreciate the scale of that grinder…

The Mythos is a commercial monster that got left behind when the fad of single dosing took over. If you are old school and want a hopper with beans in, that dispenses based on time, then you simply cannot find a better grinder. I do so miss them! I quite agree, next to the Leva it looks really good. You should stick your T64 there for scale Jason!

Being out the game a while, nobody does on demand anymore. I prefer it actually, easy of use. Will keep you posted with plenty photos David 😉
Wow I knew the Leva’s were large but didn’t realise how large! I’m familiar with the Mythos and know how big they are!

Yeah the levers are very imposing on the bench.
Love the Mythos. I share @dfk41 sentiments, it’s a fantastic grinder. There’s a reason you still see them in a huge number of good coffee shops.

Fantastic, looks a great idea…just be careful that your granddaughter doesn’t think she can now operate a real coffee machine.
I remember once my 3 or 4 year old daughter was found with multiple cuts on her face. She had seen me shaving and thought she would give it a try, shaving foam and all!!!
