I use the pullmans the most from the selection I have.. i prefer them to the big bang ones I also own. Hard to put a finger on it - i guess consistent is the word.

Also the price from square mile is not excessive - i have both sizes as well !

As i use mainly the darker end of the bean spectrum having baskets capable for ultra high extractions os not really what I need 👍 - but these pullmans seem to balance it well in my use case ( which maybe the big bangs dont )

I’ve also found mine to be consistent and the price is incredibly reasonable compared to other options. I can’t really comment on taste compared to my IMS basket as I’ve never done back to back testing

Dusk thats a whole different conversation.. heck I am not sure how well I am dialing in a coffee as I dont really drink espresso - and so the milk makes everything taste er good ! 😂

I must say that after a couple of days using the Pullman basket I am finding it very easy to get on with. The grind needs to be tightened up when compared to the Lelit VST that I was using. They seem very competitively priced and you could do worse than consider adding these to your wish list instead of just imagining the world ends at the VST/IMS doorstep!

Yeah Pullman has been my go to for a while now and I’ve had no complaints, very good value and quality compared to the competitors.

It’s the one I use the most as well. I really rate them for price, quality and comparison to others I’ve used.

Same here. After some research the Pullman was the winner for me in terms of performance vs price and I couldn’t be happier.

    Here’s an extraction with it

I like the pullman - though its been supplanted by the unibasket at the moment….. purely as its new and shiny :)

But as mentioned for the cost they are the goto tbh.. my other random baskets don’t really get a look in anymore.

Thanks @dfk41 for the recommendation. I bought one for my Quickmill Verona and am very pleased with it. A noticeable improvement over the the stock Quickmill basket. V nice quality and competitive price as others have said
