Jason1wood the hill and valley might be the only one I’ve tried out of that selection. I found most of their standard offerings are good at 1:2. If you fancy something more intense, any of those that are roasted on the darker side can be pulled down to 1:1.5 to 1:1.
Out of your selection, the french roast is probably a candidate for a shorter pull.
In the extra dark ebony roast profile, all three of the varieties they offer can be pulled to 1:0.3 as a micro ristretto.
