Today I made the last recipe, the Coffee chocolate brownie. I must confess that I am a very experienced brownie maker. I largely stuck to the recipe. I did increase the chocolate to 300 gms from 200 and next time I will also add a bag of dark chocolate pieces to the mix. He did not give oven temperature so I guessed at 180 fan. It turned out ok! I did not have any vanilla extract either. I spilt the flour container all over the floor. I managed to knock a cup with two double espressos off the bench and all over the door curtains………the butter I had went out of date on February 25th………but on the positive side, the brownie turned out ok!
