Lelit Bianca issue

Hi All - I have a Lelit Bianca bought in 2020 and this afternoon when I switched it on, the display shows “preset done” and it appears not to be heating up and the pump does trigger when I raise the coffee lever. I have tried to reset the LCC but hasnt done anything. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

MartinD Did you do anything prior to this happening e.g. try to go into the advanced settings

Could you photo the LCC…and past the image here.

Hi DaveC - I have managed to solve the issue. I switched the machine off, removed the water container and LCC immediately showed no water symbol. I reinserted the container and now everything seems back to normal - boiler heating, pump runs and LCC display showing temperature. Fingers crossed everything good now!
