I have had the House Espresso Blend (Med/Dark). Was shocked when person in the Borough Market shop told me the brew temp was 93c and was 21g in 42g out in around 32s (at that time). Seems to work ok. I use a 20g basket, but I read similar to above online, with the exception the shop told them they used an 18g basket!
