I’m looking to purchase a Lelit Elizabeth after a lot of back and forth decisions. I’m just wondering where would be the best place to purchase?
Bella Barista (though sold out at the moment)
Lelit.com but the UK branch (though I’ve heard some not so great stories)
Other…?
I’m not sure what other shops/online are recommended?

Just jumping in here, but what other online dealers are there out there other than Bella Barista and Clumsy Goat?

What do you mean by that? I am unaware of a UK branch of Lelit.com
If you are talking about lelit-uk.com, then that’s not Lelit. It’s Espresso Underground. That’s not even on Lelit’s website as an authorised retailer. Saying that… When I needed to buy spares for my Elizabeth - The Group o-ring because I accidentally sliced it - they were brilliant. They helped me out and sent it in the post next day.

Saying that, I have no idea what that site is. Do they just ship the machines from Italy? What if you need a repair, or the machine arrives damaged or non-functional?
