Plastic free coffee brewer

I have a friend who is a Chiropracter. He drinks brewed coffee and I have suggested he move on to a smallish (4 to 8 cup) brewer that will keep the coffee warmish. He likes the Sage one below

but is put off by the plastic.I wondered if anyone knows of a plastic free one?

There’s obviously the Moccamaster which is metal on the body section but it still has a fair bit of plastic.

Not sure I know of any that are plastic free. I guess a ceramic V60 is an option although not automated.

I remember seeing a really fancy one with like metal rods and stuff holding it all together, I’ve tried Googling it to no avail.

LMSC Aarke has plastic parts?

A stainless steel, double walled, French press, with steel mesh & no plastic liner in the lid (so, excludes Bodum Colombia, perhaps a Von Chef 12 cup?) would be the easiest ‘plastic free’ option. Will keep coffee hot for 2 hours at least, if a litre plus.
