Up until yesterday I was using a Lelit Victoria. I had everything dialed in, 18g in, about 40g out in 33s, 3s preinfusion.
Today I used my Elizabeth, same grinder settings, but with 10s, and 6s for the second shot, preinfusion (different type on the Elizabeth). And the results were wildly different, 50-60g out in 28s.
I know that the first thing to do is grind finer, but I would have expected minor differences.
Why? What am I missing?
