I purchased a new ecm max coffee machine. The previous machine was connected to softened water and drainage. I was surprised to find that the machine does not have a water collection and drainage tray. I understand that there are models like sychronika that comes with a tray that includes a drainage option. I would like to know how to solve the problem.
Do you think there is a solution to the problem?
