Do you single dose?

This is an easy one……..yes or no! Some like me will have both dosered and single dosing but my Niche is set aside for the odd decaf these days

My Niche will take 36g of beans in one go but for espresso I always just do the 18g. If I am doing a pour over or using my Moccamaster I will grind a double dose. As there are only two of us in the house it works just fine.

Well you are going to be weighing it at some point, be that in the PF after grinding, or before it goes in, so pick your poison!

I quite like both, timer is nice when it works, especially if you can avoid weighing each time, but you will get variation. It’s whether you care enough that it spoils the enjoyment for you.
