I have a coffee trailer for my film & TV catering company, and I’m trying to prepare for our first winter. I’m a little concerned about how to keep the coffee machine safe in the trailer once the temperature properly dips into the minuses? The lot we store it on has no power to the parking spaces to arrange anything like a timer-operated heater, but I’m concerned a cover may not be enough.
How do other coffee trailer owners manage to keep their machines healthy over the winter while they’re not in use? Thank you ☺️
