Hi David, on his return from Paolo and ACS, Dave kindly brought me back the capped rosewood set for my Vesuvius from the factory with just the spare portafilter handle to follow when Paolo next sent items over as they only had one. I paid a few days ago of course so I have the new lever, steam, hot water and one portafilter rosewood items fitted as Dave handed over them over when I dropped him off at home. It's possible it's this arrangement if Paolo wasn't aware and so all done except for the second portafilter handle when available. If Dave was doing so for someone else then I don't know I'm afraid.
