Hey was wondering if anyone can give some advice on this. This is my first espresso machine so pretty naive but I think I have an issue with the Puristika. In short the only way that I can pull a shot fully is if I hold the brew lever in the upright position with my hand for the entirety of the shot. If I do not hold the lever as soon as there is a ramp up in pressure the lever moves slightly and disengages slightly from the pressure switch - can hear the click of the pressure switch. I have uploaded a video to YouTube which shows the issue, using a blind portafilter (don’t want to waste beans)
